I recently graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago RN/BSN program University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) It was a great experience. I went part time. We met one day a week Thurs. Two courses at a time. Usually one class was online. We had clinicals the second year for nursing management and community health. We would have clinical from 8a-12p and class 1-3:30p. The program is for 4 semesters starting each fall. They do have a fulltime option (2 semesters). The students choosing this option were at school 4 days a week. The part time option worked for me. I was still able to work 3 12's 7a-7p a week and spend time with my husband and kids. I know people who went to Lewis University as well. Good Luck.

Hello,
For those that reside in Chicago, Illinois, or anyplace near Skokie, Des Plaines, Shaumburg, etc, what schools have RN-BSN programs? I have 1 semester left in nursing school and I want to plan in advance for schools that I can apply to. Any suggestions, or is anyone in a RN-BSN program at this present time that'd like to share their experience thus far?? Any reply would be appreciated.
Thank you
