Im having difficulty find an RN-BSN program that starts spring semester and is completely online, and I can't break the bank either! Any suggestions, opinions, advice would be awesome!

Western Governors University. About 3.3K per 6 month term, not per credit. You can begin semester at the beginning of each month. CCNE and regionally accredited. There may be some states that don't accept WGU, but doesn't hurt to check it out.

Western Governors Univ has start dates at the beginning of each month. I completed my online BSN degree through WGU a few months ago.
It cost me a grand total of $5,800 in tuition and fees, took 10 months, and required 34 credits. Your mileage may vary.

You can always try Fort Hays State University in Kansas. I have really been impressed with their RN to BSN online program. It is only 182 a semester hour as well and you get a grade. Realize with WGU you will get an S or U for your grade. The highest your GPA can be is 3.0. You have to decide if that will hinder your future plans for graduate school.
