Rn-bsn new grad.pay per hour 2016

I have a question to you guys,I passed my nclex rn last February,and now I wasn't able to received my license in the mail yet but I applied for a job already at ltac facility,and they offered me $27/hr as my base rate and $3 diff.during weekdays and $5 during weekends and that's a night shift..as a nurse without experience at all to hospital facility,is that good enough to start my nursing career?and I am a bsn degree holder too..thank u..

I make $26 an an hour and I don't have my bachelors degree and all of my student loans are paided off.
