Hello everyone,
I have an assignment due this week for my BSN program to interview a nurse that went from RN to BSN. I am currently not working in the field of nursing and was wondering if someone on the forum will help me out with a virtual interview. Thank you for anyone who can help. Here are the questions I have:
1. What type of nursing education program(s) have you completed? Include program and date.
2. Describe your personal philosophy of nursing?
3. What factors went into your decision to earn a BSN?
4. What were the most relevant topics learned in your BSN program related to your nursing practice?
5. Give examples of how you have applied key components of your BSN program in your everyday practice?
6. Describe career opportunities resulting from completion of a BSN program.
7. Share your plans for furthering your career and advancing nursing as a profession for the future.
8. How do you envision the role of the BSN nurse impacting the delivery of healthcare?
9. What advice can you share with me to support my professional growth?

That's a lot for a stranger to write out for the sake of completing your homework assignment. And on an anonymous site, people may be reluctant to give out the name of their school and completion date (along with some of the other information that could be identifying). There are also quite a few liars around, as there's no verification by the site that any of us are actual nurses. Online interviews can be problematic for those reasons.
This type of request comes up often and usually goes unanswered, so I would advise you to seek other sources before your time runs out. Good luck to you.
