RN to BSN course load question

I will be starting the RN-BSN program either Feb11 or 18. I was just curious for those of you who are currently or have already completed this program. Are there any courses that you can couple with another? I have read that its been done in the past. I have also read not to couple Statistics, Health Assessment, or Patho with anything else. Were these students speaking of the general education requirements? Thanks for any insight given.

Hi Felicia,

I just wanted to say hello! I will be starting on Feb 4th. Do you know what is so difficult about the classes? and where did you hear this? Stats, IMO, speaks for itself on difficulty.

:dead: I will be anxious to see if there are opinions on this.

I don't know that they are as difficult as they are time consuming. I've just read it through various posts written. I work with several nurses that have received their BSN through GCU, and some who are currently in the program and they all say it's very doable. I'm not too worried- just ready to get back in the swing of things..working school into everyday life.

I hear you on that. My life is going to be very busy for the next 14 months. Did the nurses have any issues with GCU? Pro's or cons? I see various things online, but those that I know of IRL had no issues.

You must have heard good things or you would not be going.
