Riverside City College: Spring 2017

Greetings all future RN students. I just wanted to start a thread for any potential applicants who will be applying to riverside city college RN program this September for Spring 2017. Let's all get together on this thread and share experiences as well as answer questions. I know the application period is 6 months away, but it will be here before you know it! :yes:

How do you know that the emails were just sent? Has anyone contacted the SON? Please share information if you've received any verbal info directly from the SON today. Appreciated. :)

And for those of you with 70 points, stop! You are not defeated! As mentioned before, a small portion may be chosen via lottery and some may get in prior to the first week of school due to others deciding not to go through with the program. Keep faith.

I did receive an email . Stating I was not selected and that standbys/alternatives were chosen.There's still hope if you haven't received the email . I'm guessing since there's so many applicants it might take a while

I haven't received an email either. Maybe they are doing rejections first?? I think I'm gonna be sick; this waiting/not knowing is killer!!!

take some classes over next semester if you can. You will be an RN, just keep striving.
