I have been going through the review books and trying to keep track of how many questions I have been doing. I am also keeping track of my score and I have been consistently averaging around 68-75% (sometimes better) per about 100 questions. Does anyone know if this is about how I should be doing in order to pass? I have the NCLEX in two weeks and am starting to panic!!!

Dont panic, sounds like your doing everything right to me....our teachers told us once we could consistently get 80% correct on a practice test we were ready for Nclex.
I truly believe the anxiety of Nclex is worse than the actual test. You made it through nursing school and that alone is something to be very proud of, you passed your finals you know the material, just relax enough to be able to retrieve it.
Nclex is one test. Hopefully one 75 question test that you need to get a 51% on, I am guessing you have never got below a 50% on a nursing exam before.
You can do it. Keep going at the pace your comfortable with now and a few days before the exam take a break and relax and refresh your mind.
You will be fine!!!

hi! what practice test are you referring to? i'm doing saunder's and i'm getting good scores, 70-90%..i feel like i'm getting most of the questions right because the questions are not that hard...what did you use for reviewing nclex? thanks!:)
Just any practice test. Either a Saunders/Davis/Mosby/ATI. If you take a 100 question test and score above an 80% and can do this consistently they say you are ready to test.
I just want to add that I never got to the consistently 80% range and I passed. My scores were exactly what the OP's scores have been! So keep aiming for the 80%+ range, but know that if you don't get it it doesn't mean that you're not ready!
I did the HURST review which I really liked and am now doing Saunders questions. I also have an NCLEX made easy book.
My scores are usually in the 70s. I now feel unprepared. I have trying to do 100 Q a day at this point.
