retention bonus

does anyone know if mt view has retention bonuses for RN's? i know valley hospital does...thank you

Specializes in Peds, PICU, Home health, Dialysis.

UMC (because it is associated with the county) does as well. I believe after 8 years of service you get a fairly large retention bonus.
