Doesn't matter where you sit the exam just be aware when outside the US there is a extra fee to pay pearsonvue.
You need to contact your state board of nursing and inform them of change of address
should i inform them now even though i haven't transferred yet... or should i inform them the moment that i transferred?
if you know your new address then I guess it doesn't really matter
but i haven't submitted my reapplication form yet... should i still inform them of my change of address or should i just put my new address on the reapplication form and submit it?

Hi.. i took my failed nclex in California this November. I am now planning to take it in the Philippines. I dont want to change my US address given to NCLEX board. Does it matter to Nclex? thanks
Usually change of address is a different form so I would say send that in as well as your reapplication form. Could put new address on both
As long as you can get your results then that is fine but having a US address wouldn't really make that much difference in receiving results except snail mail would be a bit quicker. ie having a US address will not mean your results are processed faster than a overseas address
Hi again... would it matter if I intend to work in Seattle if ever i passed my NCLEX in CA BON? :paw:
No but unless you have a SSN a license will not be issued therefore if you have to apply to another state you can not endorse but will have to submit a application for examination and meet requirements
As long as you meet state requirements and pay fees you can have a license in many US states
Does it mean I have to take another exam again if ever I wanted to work in Seattle? Cant my license in California be enough? or if I ask for reciprocity?
No You do not have to sit the exam again. If you have a license issued then you endorse no license issued then you apply for examination and get CA to transfer your NCLEX results. NCLEX is accepted by all states but you still have to meet state requirements for a licence. Each license issued is only good enough for the state it is issued unless you live in a compact state, have a permanent address in the state you can work in another state that belong to the compact on the one license. This only works if you have a permanent address in the state, if you sell your residence to move to another state you have to apply for a license
