I have a story for you...I heard it from my GrandmÃ¨re and I think you can use it.

Chapter 1

There was this man, very pious man who lived a long time ago. He was always praying, doing the right thing and multiplying good deeds. Young kids in the neighborhood will come to him to pray for them because anything he ask for will be granted by God. One day came the rain. It rained for forty days and forty nights...non-stop. There was a flood. A kid came to the man:

Kid: This rain is not stoping soon you should pack and leave.

The Man: it's Okay my son. I Will stay here and keep praying. God will stop the rain.

Now the water was at the man's knees level. A neighbor came to the man and said:

- Come with us..we have few horses we can use to get away!

The Man: No thank you! I will stay here and pray for all of us. I have faith!

Now the water at the man's chest. Another Good Samaritan can to rescue the man:

- Please come with us, we have a boat, you will be safe with us. This is serious!

The Man: No please. Thank you but I rather wait here for my God to save me. I have faith. I will keep praying until something happens.

Now the water was at the man's chin. He climbed on top of the roof and sat there. Praying harder and harder. Suddenly an helicopter came out of nowhere to save the man.

The rescue team: Come with us. We came to save you from the flood. You are the only one left here! Come!

And of course the man refused.

- Thank you for coming I really appreciate your action. I have been praying since the beginning. I cannot come with you now! I prayed so that God can save me. I know he will because he never failed me. I cannot come with you because prayer is all I need! Prayers will do miracles. I have faith!

The rescuer left, powerless as the man drowned before their eyes....and died.

Chapter 2

The Man died and went straight to haven. He finally met God and as they were having a conversation he remembered how he died.

The Man: I would like to ask you something that is bothering me....

God: Speak my son!

The Man: Well, You have always answered all my prayers. Why you never answered my last prayer?

God: I answered all your prayers.

The Man: But I died waiting for you to come and help me.

God: You died because you would wouldn't let me save you.

The Man: I don't understand

God: I sent you a Boy, a horse, a boat and even an helicopter but you wouldn't leave! I had to bring you back here!!

The Moral

God doesn't come down on earth to speak to people. He will show you signs and send you opportunities. You are the sole person who can truly help yourself. No prayers from us is going to get you your RN license. It seems to me that you either lack basic content knowledge or are a very bad test taker. Either way get yourself together. Self evaluate, do the work it takes to be an RN or move on to something else...

Best of luck to you many of us have been there before take it one question at a time eliminate the answers u can and then choose the best one . don't be nervous . take your breaks to pray and clear your mind. Believe in yourself.
