Hi,

My husband and I are looking into this. Can you tell us where you purchased it and what sort of regimen you are using?

Thanks!

I am trying "optimized resveratrol" from Life Extension, bought at a local health food store. 60 day supply of 250 mg tabs is about $45. I am 52 years olds and have been a long term care nurse for 10 months. i started back to school to get my RN last week and hoping this along with running will help to keep my mind clear enough to finish and perhaps not age quite as fast. the running( I should say shuffling because that is a more accurate description of what i do) really helps with staving off the depression i was slipping into. perhaps the resveratrol helps me to exercise after a 2 year layoff. i have been taking it about 60 days now.
