I graduated from an associates program last May of 2012, but I went directly into an RN-to-BSN program this fall. I will graduate with my BSN in May 2013. My question is, when I graduate should I omit or keep the associate program under my education section? My reference letters will come from my clinical instructors at the community college because that is where I did clinical. Therefore I am wondering if it should be kept there?
I also hold a previous bachelor degree in psychology. I am wondering if this should be omitted from the resume as well? Currently my resume is about 1.5 pages long and I am trying to shorten it down. It doesn't seem as though the psych degree has helped me. My work experience does not correlate with anything in the psych field either.
