Resume question

I will be applying to LTC.

My question is: I worked for a hospital corporation that had 5 sites. I worked at site A from 1998- 2000 and site B from 2000-2005. I never quit the hospital when I went from A to B, I just changed sites. I went from a OR job at a large hospital to an OR job at a small hospital. Same general job.

Would it be appropriate to list it on my resume as:

______Hospital Corporation

(Site A and Site B)

1998-2005

OR RN

then a job description

I would prefer to list it together since I think it looks better but I wouldn't want to lie or confuse and I could explain in interview. What do you think??

I think either way will look fine, but you might want to list them if you want them to contact both of your supervisors.
