The only tip I got was to include very specific details about your relevant nursing experience. (About the type of hospital, volume and type and patients you care for, special skills etc.) Anything you can include to make your experience more desireable. I didn't follow a certain format. I just beefed up the resume I already had to include more details.
I haven't had a request from navy to change my CV format, however, the army wants exactly dates of employment. Month and year are insufficient. That was hard to track down. Also, army said it is newly required to list the hours per week of employment. Again, the navy hasn't asked for anything specific. Tje navy recruiter is really hard to communicate with.

Hello everyone,
I am getting close to being finished with my packet and am needing some advice in regards to the resume. My recruiter said there is no specific format to follow and that he would review it and make suggestions. Did any of you follow a certain template? Any help is greatly appreciated!
