Resume advice, i badly need your help

Hi Guys, So it will be 2mos coming this august 5 that I passed NCLEX.

I'm finish with my BLC/ACLS/PALS/ IV Certification.

Currently I'm working at a doctors clinic as an assistant. And it's really free/voluntary work so I dont get paid at all, so I wanted to star applying in hospitals now, so as I wait for any interviews I'll just work with them.

Anyways I graduated 3 years ago back in 2014. Became a RN in my country on 2015,

but havent really worked as a nurse instead I helped in our business, its like an online flower shop for 2 years, do you think I should include that? I mean some says its not that relevant because it has nothing to do with any medical stuff, but more on digital things.

I'm so frustrated right now because everytime i browse a certain hospital, although they will accept nurses with no experience, but they are actually new graduates, im a new passer but difnelty not a new graduate. ( huhuh

Each facility sets its own criteria for residency program eligibility. Because you recently passed your NCLEX and have not worked as an RN, you may qualify, again, depending. You must apply to several different facilities to increase your chances.

Make sure your resume and cover letter are pristine and error-free. Target your resume to each individual facility, using keywords from the job posting and after researching their mission statement and services.

Nurses with no nursing experience should include past work history, as it is all they have; new grads do not have registered nursing experience by definition. The key is to highlight your soft skills and transferable skills to help you stand out.

For example, you worked in the flower business and probably have customer satisfaction and conflict resolution skills. In my book (below) there are so many tips for a new nurse just like yourself. Best wishes
