HI I am a stressed RN/BSN student and I have to do a papar for my leadership class and I pick to do it about Restraints. SInce I work w/ventilator patients we used them quite a bit to prevent them to pull things when they get disoriented and to minimize sedation.
anybody knows of a good website where I can get some information? I did a lot of research already but I still need more info.
thanks for any input

Try searching "restraints" on http://www.nursingcenter.com
there is a free CE entitled Using restraints with restraint, Nursing 2002 November
