So my a&p was good, but a little distant. I am looking for a cardiac resource, particularly a website that will help with some aspects of cardiac stuff. In particular:
1. where to listen for the heart sounds, where each sound is louder, what the abnormal sounds represent, etc.
2. Review of the coronary arteries, each blockage relating to each part of the heart, etc.
3. And my NCLEX book starts off asking about changes in this leads X, Y, Z are due to damage in what wall of the heart? So above my knowledge of EKGs.
I like overview/highlights format if possible, and my first degree is in art, so visual is better. I just can't find it and I am getting tired of looking through all of my gazillion nursing books for each separate piece of information and not finding it.
Anyways, thanks for the help.
