Ok, I need all the help I could get from you.. I have an assignment and I should ask the following questions to EVERY, CNA, LVN or RN I could. And I though I should ask ALL OF YOU...

Question # 1..

What do you think the most important characteristics and attributes a person must possess to be successful in patient care?

Question # 2

What would you most like to accomplish as a Clinical Care Provider and how does the program fit your overall goals?

Question # 3

As Clinical Care Provider, you will be expected to work independently at times. Do you consider yourself to be assertive and self-sufficient and how will you perform this expectations?

Most important characteristics and attributes a person must possess to be successful in patient care: empathetic, good time management skills, friendly, trustworthy, dependable, team player....

The most important characteristics a person must possess are compassion, time management, and a good work ethic.

As for the other two questions, they seem to be geared toward a specific program so I cannot answer them.
