Research: Nurse Managers

Hello! I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Kentucky, and am conducting dissertation research. I am seeking inpatient unit nurse managers or assistant nurse managers (current or within the last 5 years) to take part in a 35- to 45-minute virtual Zoom interview sharing experiences about being accountable for patient experience scores (e.g., HCAHPS). All interviews will be confidential, and those who participate in an interview will receive a $75 Amazon gift card.
