There is no required review material. You can look up NCLEX-RN books on amazon.com or your online bookseller of choice, check your local library, or even go to the creator of the NCLEX the NCSBN and try their online review.

Saunders Comprehensive Review for the content. You can't really practice questions when you don't even remember the content. You don't have to read the whole book- just read up on problem areas. TONS of questions come with the CD, though I find them a bit easy. They are great to practice though. This book was really popular with my classmates.
Also recommended is LaCharity - Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment... since the NCLEX has a lot of those types of questions on there.
I also got the Kaplan 2012 Review book. Some people swear by it. Lippincott's NCLEX Q&A has plenty of questions to practice. The questions on these two books are close to the real NCLEX questions.
