Reporting hospitals unsafe conditions

Has anyone seen a change after the reporting of hospital(s) for unsafe conditions?

I desire to report another hospital for safety concerns but I feel that it will be a waste of time and also possibly cause issues for me in the future.

I reported a hospital in the past and basically received the response that read "We are lying in bed together."

Has anyone seen a change after the reporting of hospital(s) for unsafe conditions?

Nope. Never. I've seen "safe harbor" called on various units ....but the hospital's response was always to pull staff from a second unit and leave the second unit dangerously short instead of the complaining unit. Musical chairs.
