Repeater and now 2 weeks before NCLEX-RN Exam

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hi! This is my 3rd time to take the NCLEX-RN Exam here in California. I am scheduled on March 21, 2007. As the days go by, I feel more anxious. I feel that there are still a lot of things to read and learn. As much as possible I want to concentrate on the usual topics asked in the exam since I don't have much time anymore. Any advice will be highly appreciated!

You never know which subject you'll get so be safe than sorry by covering and studying everything. Know how to answer priority questions, know your lab values, have good understanding of infection control. Think ABC and safety no matter what.

I used Kaplan/Saunders. Good luck!

Thanks for your immediate replies! I'm currently using Saunders Comprehensive Review, Saunders On-line Review and Saunders Strategies for Success. I have other review materials...I think I have spent hundreds $$$ already! I would like to know if you have specific topics you think I need to focus on. Thanks again! :thankya:

study everything u never know

I agree with Saadia s. Nclex is not off limits so you never. You've got to cover your grounds, study everything. I would suggest you particularly spend time on your weak subject area. Don't dwell on what you already know, instead spend time on subjects you feel you are least knowledgeable about or have most difficulties with. Good luck! You can do it:monkeydance:
