rent vs buy

i do not know what to do. is it best to rent vs buy? I have 4 yes in MS what should I do?

My nightmare story: moved to Las Vegas (Nellis), figured we'd retire there so we bought. 18 months later came down on orders - we had two house payments for a whole year.

And this was in 1992.

In this economy, unloading...errr...selling....errr...giving it away can be very difficult.
