Renewal help w/ BVNPT :(

Help please! I submitted by renewal application to BVNPT by mail. I don't know if they received it and when I look online my license is still not active. I sent it just a couple of weeks ago but last time I renewed it showed up online pretty fast. I am just trying to see if it has even been received ( the check hasn't been cashed yet).

Calling has been useless as I get their "we're busy" recording then they tell me to refer to their website (useless), then they hang-up.

I am near San Diego but have considered driving to Sacramento. Was wondering if anyone has had success dealing with BVNPT in person?

Do you think they could move the license along a little fatser or give me a temporary license if I went in person?

I am stressed as I am worried I will lose my job if I don't get this cleared-up soon. I am currently taking this week off and keep hoping it shows up online. I will drive to Sacramento though if people think it is worthwhile.

Thoughts please (and yes, I do realize I should have done things sooner but my mother passed away around the time I needed to submit this and I was pretty overwhelmed).
