Renewal of an expired visa screen

My visa screen has been expired for more than 4 years but I have applied an e saved with my documents which will expire next year. I passed my NCLEX under CA BON but endorsed to have a license in Arizona. I'm just wondering how can I request a validation to CA BON if I don't have a license. How much is the fee for validation without a license just a confirmation of just passing NCLEX and a letter stating due for not having a SSN CA was not been issue. Or is it enough just to request a NCLEX result to be sent to Visa screen. I have tried to call CGFNS and CA BON but with no luck to be answered. I'm just wondering who can advise mo on this. There is a massive difference of fee $10 for requesting NCLEX result but $100 for license verification. And it is non refundable.

I'm curious, with your previous visa screen, did you get a verification from califnronia? There isn't a license to be verified because you were not given a license. It might be only from the board where you held a full license, expired or not.
