Relocating to VA

U.S.A. Virginia

Published

Hi all! We are relocating to VA for my husbands job. I currently work in the PICU. The two major hospitals I am looking at is Inova in Falls Church, and Children's of Richmond At VCU. I was wondering if you guys can help me out and tell me anything you know about the two? Salary, shift dif, parking, what you like or don't like about them etc. Just want to get an idea so I can start looking at places. Thanks so much!

Ahh I wish I could pm you! Do you work in the Picu?

I can directly email it to you if you want. Let me know! It's a very intense PICU!

Hi! This is the first active thread about VA I've seen in a while so I'm going to jump right in. I wI'll be relocating to the northern VA area and I have no idea where to begin with hospitals.

I can appreciate any and all opinions on the hospitals located in that area. I will probably be living in the Arlington area.

I think it depends what type of nursing you want to do. I know Inova and Sentra are pretty big ones. There's also some in DC
