Hi all, I haven't posted in a while. I was wondering if I can get feedback from any RN that relocated from NYC to Atlanta on your experience. I noticed the pay is extremely low compared to NYC and it is not very appealing. Granted I am a new graduate with few experiences however if I am making that move I would want it to be worth my while . Any Opnions or advice even regrets are welcomed. Thank you.

Thank you so much for commenting. As far as benefits go , the unions in NYC are pretty good and pay for things like continuing education, certification classes and even help with day care
