  1. Thank you such much for replying. Do you regret your move ?
  2. Thank you so much for commenting. As far as benefits go , the unions in NYC are pretty good and pay for things like continuing education, certification classes and even help with day care. From your experience are unions in Atlanta similar ?

  4. Hi all, I haven't posted in a while. I was wondering if I can get feedback from any RN that relocated from NYC to Atlanta on your experience. I noticed the pay is extremely low compared to NYC and it is not very appealing. Granted I am a new graduate with few experiences however if I am making that move I would want it to be worth my while . Any Opnions or advice even regrets are welcomed. Thank you.

  6. Your welcome. It was pretty smooth just a lot of waiting
  7. Your welcome . It's mostly multiple choice however in the math section there are some blanks where you have to fill in the answer . This test was easy to me compared to the nln
  8. I bought the hesi book from the school and the test was honestly just like the book, same format of questions and similar wording. I didn't feel as though I got threw for a loop or mislead . They sell the book at the school for $30 its worth it. Secondly the test is split into section. Math and then reading, grammar, vocab yo have to score 80% in math and then 80% combined in the other 3. For the math practice the problems in the book. They provide a calculator so it's not that bad but you need to know how to solve the problems. It was a lot of fractions, ratios ,some conversions kilometer , meters centimeter to inches stuff like that. I scored 96% on the math because that's what I actually put most my focus into , I did the practice problems over and over and over . Memorized conversions in the book . Reading you have to read a passage and answer questions. Pretty simple Vocab is vocab study all the words in the book until you memorize them that's what I did. You need to know meanings. There was some words on the test that wasn't in the book but I just took a wild guess . Just buy the book you can't go wrong! Practice makes perfect. Dedicate the time and you will do great . Good luck
