Relocating to Nashville

I am planning to move to Nashville from West TN after I receive my RN license. I have been working as an LPN-IV (LPN certified to do IV pushes) for 4 years. During that time, I've done ER and I have worked as a travel nurse on cardiac step-down. From the looks of most new grad RN starting pay in Nashville, it looks like I will be taking a pay cut. Can anyone suggest any places in Nashville that offer higher paying PRN positions or any other specialties that may pay more? Thanks!
