Relief from a vaginal Hysterectomy post surgery

My friend has called me for help? She is all alone. I have alot of health knowledge and am a Nurses Aide and need some help please. She just got home from a surgery she named a nightmare??? It is called lady partsl hysterectomy interior and posterior repair from where her bladder has been lifted up, she said. Please let me help her with how she can have some relief from being able to urinate and have a bowel movement. She says she can't even sit, or find any comfort no matter what she does or how she does it. Is there a inexspensive home remedy ???? Your friend needs to follow her discharge instructions including taking pain medications as prescribed.

The procedure she had done can be very painful, if she is not getting relief with the pain meds or is having problem with urination or bowel movements she needs to call her doctor.

When my mom had her hysterectomy she never complained about pain. Pain from a hysterectomy is not the kind of thing a home remedy can fix. The kind of pain that doctors aren't afraid to treat aggressively?......this would be one of them examples.
