reinstatement/living in new state

Hoping there is someone on the board that can help me out. I had my RN license suspended in the state of delaware in 2010 for drug related charges. In 2013 i appeared before the BON and was given a 5 year suspension stayed for 1 year with continued probation and monitoring for the next 4 years if all conditions were met. I recently had my follow up hearing and had my RN license re-instated. I was a new grad (within 3 months) when my license was suspended and have not practiced in over 4 years. I will need to complete a refresher course including a clinical component. The issue im having is that i am currently residing in Kentucky and i'm pretty sure i will need to apply for a license in this state to make that happen. Anyone been in a similar situation or currently and RN in Kentucky that can point me in the
