Update...I was sitting in my own dodo so I apologize for my fatalistic attitude. I don't think there will be fines but if there are then my first job as a nurse will just be me paying them all back lol yay. I was so not living in today and so projecting (like I said still trying to get this sobriety living thing...I am only 36 days old:dummy1:) sorry if I freaked out any newcomer that read my post.

Okay I have a question ... so projecting right now... so lets say I go before the BON in 2016 after 2 years under the PNAP program (voluntary) and get reinstated will I have to pay the fines that I got slammed with that was one of the factors that I dropped out of the program VRP in the first place five years ago. So let me clarify I was in the VRP in PA in 2010 and was then slammed with fines for missing meetings and also not doing everything they said to do (just a little not ready). I decided to surrender in 2011 with a 5 year stipulation that I cannot ask for reinstatement for 5 years hence April 2016. When that happens if it happens can they turn around and say you owe us 10,000.00 in fines? Scared.
