How to bill for Restorative Nursing Program

Hi everybody!

New here. Also new coordinator for our restorative nursing program. I know that we get reimbursed for it but have no idea how to bill and our billing clerk has no idea either. Can anybody point me to where I can find out this information? I'm looking for CPT codes and revenue codes. (That's what the billing clerk says she needs.)
