i have worked in a state without registeration , but was registered in another state in India .
i was unaware at that time that i cannot accept job offer without getting registeration .the hospital gave me few months to transfer my RN license to that state and i started working.
do you think it was illegal ?and if yes what is the solution now?
CRNBC requires explanation for this from the state where i worked without registration .please help what is the solution now?and that regulatory body says "we do not honour non-registered nurses" and they wont explain or give any letter regarding my work .
akaur, there is a poster with the user name 'esha' whose thread 'CRNBC- Indian graduate got license' started working a month after graduation, but got their Indian license one year later. They explained to the CRNBC that working while waiting for a license in India is allowed. They had to ask the licensing board in India to email CRNBC regarding the matter, maybe esha can give you some tips on how you can get the PNRC to email CRNBC, you can find the thread using the search tool in the top right hand corner.

Did the emails occur while you were working in Punjab? Do they provide evidence that you tried to become licensed with PNRC at that time? If not, they will not help support your case. I strongly encourage you to discuss your situation with a lawyer, show him the emails and your letter from CRNBC. I also encourage you to review the CLPNBC and CRNBC's license application information, good character and practicing without a license. Your letter needs to show you regret that you failed to disclose that you practiced without a license, that you understand the nursing practice act and the legal ramifications of practicing without a license.
