refresher course in Louisville or Nashville..

Hello, I would like to hear from those who have taken refresher course(s) in either Louisville, KY or Nashville, TN... Any info on a quality program would be highly appreciated...

I am a RN nurse from Korea, wanting to work in the US. Though I have 7 plus years of exp. in OR, I left clinical area of nursing several years ago... So, I feel that I need to brush up on nursing fundamentals and regain confidence in clinical aspects of nursing...

W/ my ultimate goal of working in ICU, I plan on taking a refresher course as well as few in-house clinical courses at a hospital. Would also appreciate your thoughts on this plan of preparation for a career in ICU.
