I don't know if this violates any TOS so if it does I apologize and understand if it gets removed. However, I was thinking about how often we discuss different agencies here and give positive and negative experiences. If someone is about to sign a contract with an agency they haven't worked for before, why not come here to get a referral from someone who is working there? That way we can support each other and make a little extra money.

Yeah, that is against the TOS. It also doesn't do any favors to anyone. The value of referrals to agencies is the personal nature of it. Internet referrals for people you don't know are worthless, and just an attempt to game the system. Better to just negotiate for another buck an hour and forget the third party.
