I live in NC and all of the State university schools have online programs. I went to UNC-Wilmington. All online, no clinical and I was done in 1 calendar year. My organization also did tuition reimbursement.
AN's online distance learning forum offers great advice, check it out!
I did Western Governors University. All online, self-paced. you must technically go "full time". It's not hard to do, you knock out one class at a time. Obviously it's not easy, but if you've already decided to go back to school, you must be motivated. I also got tuition reimbursement from work. It me just under one year.

May I aske what made you chose WGU over Capella? I can't decide between the 2.

I am very overwhelmed by all of the options for online RN-to-BSN programs.
Which school would you choose / which school do you recommend?
I would like a fully online program that does not require clincials. I am already and RN.
