Hi! I'd like to make a survey of agencies in the Philippines and your experiences with them.
1. Name of the Agency
2. Do you have to pay or absolutely no fees? If there are fees, what for?
3. Is it the sponsor or just a third-party for a sponsoring facility or hospital?
4. Has it already a history of actually sending RNs to the US on EB3?
5. Does it pay for all your expenses (exams, trips, reviews, etc)?
6. Your rating from 0 to 10 (10 as the highest)

Please be very careful with this. There are some very well known agencies that will not be named here.............and that are having issues here in the US. For us to post the names here, can show cause for libel and court costs, etc. If you do your homework and research which ever agency thoroughly, then there should not be any problems.
It has already been listed multiple times what shoukd be in the contract, and what should not. Please just do a search here. And any agency that offers to place you before you have actually passed either the NCLEX-RN or the CGFNS exam, run fast. They cannot do one thing for you until you pass.
For any nurse to work in the US, there are fees involved. There is absolutely no such thing as a free green card. It is going to come from your salary, it is not coming from the generosity of the company. And you will be paying the fees to a tune of about $9600 per year of the contract.
As we keep saying here, please do your homework. And agencies are not specific to the Philippines for working in the US, just issues with many more of them trying to take advantage of other Filipinos, and that is the most disgusting.
Again, since that is based on working in the IS, it is being moved to the International Forum. It is not specific to the Philippines.
