Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum! A little bit of background: I graduated in April and started of my new grad nursing job in the ICU in July (I didn't Actually get on the floor till the end of July loll!!) The ICU I work at is at a level 1 trauma hospital and we take everything MICU and SICU. Working in the ICU is definitely one of the hardest things I've ever done LOL but now that I'm a new grad working with patients, talking with doctors, and soooo many other things I wanted some recommendations on current/ up-to-date ICU/ critical care book(s) that can help me better understand this ICU setting.
I really appreciate it guys!

The ICU book by Marino is the fall back with everything. However, depending on how you learn best there are fantastic online options, like YouTube videos. MedCram, NinjaNerd, many ICU geared lectures and presentations. Good luck!
