Reciprocity??

I'm from the Philippines and currently residing in

Texas with an H4 visa. I passed NCLEX California. I have no ssn that's why I can't get my licence. Is it possible to apply for reciprocity in Texas?

Reciprocity doesn't exist what you need to do is apply to state for licensure, meet foreign nurse requirements and ask Ca to forward your NCLEX results. You are aware however on H4 you can not work and of retrogression?
