Really thinking about giving up

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I graduated 2 years ago. I have taken the NCLEX 3 times and failed. I have had 3 tutors and they all said that they felt that I was ready to take the NCLEX. Unfortunately, I failed each time. Now, I have taken Kaplan. I felt that is was very helpful. I have taken the 7 Question trainers and did not score above 60%. However, I did see a 12 pt difference with their initial and ending test. I have been taking their Question Trainers. Some days I am doing very well scoring well over 60% and 70% and other days I can barely sore over 40% or even 50%. Are there any suggestions because I think I may need to try to do something else in life? I feel that I won't be able to pass. If anyone has any suggestions, I gladly welcome them.

Don't give up, you are going through alot but you are not alone. Please read the other post for inspirations. Others have taken it more times than you and have not made it yet but they are still hanging in. Am not saying its not stressful or its easier said than done. You must remember that failure is success turned. Think about the reason why you choose this profession and believe in GOD, because he will give you strength and you will be the next person encouraging somebody else. We are all trying to be nurses and therefore we will continue to encourage each other.

I know how you are feeling. There's alot of us in this site who are in the same boat. Don't give up.

Do you feel like the questions seem confusing? maybe you need to practice more questions. I think that's what failed me, as well as test anxiety. I'm still learning to relax and pray!!!

I know we can pass this test!!!:)
