Ok, so I faxed my letter of appeal to Excelsior College and have been told they will have a decision in about a week which is just fine by me. Keep fingers, toes, and anything thing else you can cross for me--please!!
The other thing that made this such a long day is that I teach anatomy and physiology at a technical college. So today was their 1st exam, I have been announcing it for about two weeks now and even wrote it on the board. So I actually had students come in and say "there is a test today?". So I reviewed the material (almost everything on the test for the 1st 20 min). I have 6 people who scored 60 or below ( and missed questions that I had reviewed with them prior to the test). I really wanted them to learn the material, but A&P is hard and it requires studying outside of class (not just attended lecture). Thank you for listening! I am going to go figure out a curve for the class now.
