REALLY dumb question...sorry!!

Ok...so, I had to buy used books this semester because things are a little "tighter" than usual...anyway, one of my books really stinks...literally...it's got a horrible old musty type smell to it, and I can't stand it.

Looking for suggestions to get the odor out of this book. Any ideas?

I think its best not to ask why they smell the way they do. Its kind of like walking onto a scene where something is so messed up you just shake your head and say ok where do we start.
