Ready to say forget everyone and everything and start school!!!!

ugghhhhh... I'm SICK and TIRED of just being here for everyone. I have kids and a husband(which i love with my whole heart) that needs me indefinitely to cook, clean, be at every event, eat lunch at school with the kids, stay at home with the baby, and help run the business when our employees are sick or off schedule.. Lets look at it, im 29 years old going on 30. I need a career of my own. I'm planning on starting nursing school this coming january but I'm starting to think that my hubby wants me to wait a little longer until our 8th mth old baby is older!

Because of social media making daycares look bad with all the horror stories on the news, he's concerned about our babies safety while I'm at school and him being at work. I'm concerned as well, but we cant go on in life worried about the what-ifs! My life has passed me up and then passed up for years! Does anyone else have this issue about having to put your life on hold forever for your family? How are you managing to deal with the fact that you have to constantly put your loved ones before your needs? I'm getting stressed!!

Seems like we have similar issues. I have been taking classes part time for a couple of years while working full time and being full time mommy/wife. As I am getting closer to entering the nursing program things seem to be flying out of control. I wasn't able to pay for tuition for the fall because of so many unexpected bills and my husband says it's no big deal. It is a big deal. I am almost 26 and should have this finished already. I want to be finished already! I do have to keep reassuring myself that I will have my degree in a few short years and how much better of a life my babies will have once I'm done. Keep your faith, coldblooded! Always here if you need an ear.;)

I'm 29 going on 30. I had plans when I was 18 to be an MD but circumstance and people pushed me away from all that.. then I got married and had 2 kids... I understand you completely "feeing stuck" is what most mothers feel... and I only started my second semester of Pre-nursing... I have big plans for myself :) all the way to DNP.. I'm doing it for them AND me! (sometimes I feel like a maid ;) ) oh btw my husband too was brining up the kids- baby sitters issues etc.. but.. he knows I was 100% set :) so we will make do.. the kids will be fine! :)
