Re-taking NCLEX please help!

I know how you feel. I failed around that time too. I studied my butt off and still didnt make it. I think I am going to try a number of different study materials this time. I used Kaplan's online program and it was great, in my opinion. You can also look at learningtext.com. They have a very highly rated program for cheap.

Before my exam, I had learned that I idiotically forgot the proper papers to get into the test. I had to rush down to some public library that I had never been to before and print it out. The computers were not working and my email was being slow. I was on the verge of tears when I just barely made it on time to the exam. I was so disheveled for the first 2 hours. Im hoping that had a little to do with it, because I really felt I prepared sufficiently for it.

They say if you do between 3,000 - 5,000 questions you should be well prepared.

Thanks so much for that information! I hate this stuff so much, I just panicked during the test and I made it so much worse than it should have been!! That site that you said is really good, and not too expensive. I like that it does timed tests just like the nclex style. At least we've done it once so it can't be as horrible this time because the fear of the unknown is gone. This blows though! Good luck to you too, we shall prevail!
