It all depends on your overall GPA + your science GPA. If you science GPA is high and your overall GPA is good sometimes you can float by with the C if that's your only C. If you have the time definitely retake it but just keep in mind they look at everything not just a lower grade so you may be okay ie make your personal statement strong, volunteer hours, any prior clinical experience etc, could override this.

Hi. I graduated with a bachelors in 2020. I took statistics and received a straight C. I’m taking pre reqs now for nursing school. Should I retake it? I’m going to apply to an ABSN in nyc.
