Re-take Nclex

Hi all,

I am a BSc nurse from India. I would like to RE-TAKE NCLEX exam under vermont state. I have down loaded re take application form. On top left of form they are asking "Licence no." and "Licence date". what is this? Since I am a Foreign nurse, is it necessary to fill social security number?

If you already applied for retake in Vermont, not sure why you were dealing with the forms for NY.

Have you taken your set of English exams yet?

Yes, you can go ahead and complete the Visa Screen Certificate application.

I do not have an on-line review course to suggest to you as I never use them, nor recommend them. There are things that you can do on your own to prepare for the exam, and do a better job of. Not sure what you have been doing to prepare for the exam.. Were you doing questions before the exam? You should complete at least 3000 to 4000 before writing the exam.
