3rd time NCLEX RN (CA), got good pop up on PVT and I'm scared to death!!

I've been reading on an on after I took my 3rd time NCLEX on 8/8/12 (in Cali). At first I was confused after I got myself shut down at 115 Qs what a weird number to end! Then I tried with PVT, then got good pop up and that cheer me up some but still a lot of ??? in my head "is it true" as you all might be the same I assume. Then I kept going on an on search on any possibility for the "good pop up" and failed and I found out that since this is my 3rd time and i might need to take a refresher course so that might me another reason I got good pop up and failed OMG!!!I'm going nuts! I got a manic bipolar husband to take care of and a 6 months old that is away, waiting for me in Thailand because I had to take care of my husband to be on medicated and i need to get on my career and I just got so much pressure on this time. I'm just trying to find a relief, to whom who has passed this experience I think you guys know exactly what I'm going through. I just want to see a light for once in my life sigh.... :(

I sure will let you know! I called them last week they said there was some mistake between them and pearson that week that we took the exam so I really hope that is the case of delay. Good luck to you too and thanks for writing me.
