Hi, everyone!

Decided to create a forum for Riverside City College SON applicants for Fall 2020!

I submitted my application 2 weeks ago. Where are you all in terms of your application process?

I uploaded mines in the “unofficial transcripts” transcripts section. However, you should confirm with the advisor as I did.

I'm filling out my application. Did you guys have to enter each class under transcript entry? I have to enter every class I ever took? I would imagine there would be an option to just upload my transcripts.

OMG Ashley found this to be very tedious.I couldn’t believe it! Yes you do have to fill every section.

OK thank you. I just wanted to check because I wasn't sure. Yes it was so tedious! I have one more question, where do I send my transcripts??

The Advisor included in the “final update” email that all transcripts should be sent electronically. If you are unable to send them electronically, send them to Admissions or to the Nursing Dpt.

Thank you @Chanster! OK so I filled out the application and sent my transcripts as well as emailed the GE cert. Will I receive an email for confirmation that app was filled out correctly and I was accepted?

Yes you should receive an email confirmation within 2 business days. It will include details on how to create a username, log on to the student portal, and check the status of your acceptance.... Yay we are almost there!

This course of study is very well organized. I like that we are in school during intersession.

I emailed my GE cert on Friday and just got the confirmation email saying that they got it along with my Cal State Apply application and that they’ll be reviewing my official transcripts once they receive them
