I am posting the pictures and writing about my garden on my days off to relieve stress. Thinking about my garden helps me through the long and exhausting 12 hours shifts at work. I haven't considered a hobby in food styling yet because I don't know how consistent I will be yet. Thanks for the complement. I might post my Baker Creek seed haul later this evening.
I haven't eaten the stems of the rat tail radish yet or checked the root growth but the seed pods are so delicious, beautiful, and grow vigorously.

Rat tail radish makes a beautiful ornamental potted plant and is also very tasty for dinner. Mix this tasty seed pod with other vegetables straight from your garden. Add yellow pear tomatoes, banana pepper, fairy tail eggplant (pieces with fewer seeds), garlic chives, Pompean “rich taste” olive oil, salt, garlic powder. Stir and then dump into a hot skillet for 5 -10 minutes. Serve with baked chicken and white rice. ?
